Wir suchen jemanden, der Technik versteht und Lust hat, beim Aufbau eines jungen Tech-Unternehmens mitzudenken. Bei AICORN entwickeln wir die Steuerungseinheit für die Digitale Automatische Kupplung (DAK). Das System verändert den europäischen Güterverkehr. Als Praktikant:in arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle aus Engineering, KI-Tools und Produktarbeit. Tech ist die Basis. Aufbau-Themen wie Markt, Stakeholder und Strategie kommen on top, weil du dich dafür interessierst, nicht weil das dein Studienschwerpunkt ist.

Aufgaben

Was dich erwartet:

• Code & Tooling: du baust kleine Tools, Skripte und Test-Automation, die dem Team Arbeit abnehmen. Manchmal direkt am Produktcode, manchmal in unserem internen Engineering-Stack.
• Anforderungen & Spezifikation: du strukturierst und schärfst Produktspezifikationen. Sauberkeit, Vollständigkeit und Konsistenz sind dein Standard.
• Testfälle & Qualität: du leitest aus Specs Testfälle ab und automatisierst, wo möglich. Test-Generierung und -Strukturierung beschleunigen wir mit modernen Tools.
• KI-Toolkit für interne Workflows: du arbeitest mit modernen KI-Tools (Coding-Agents, Recherche-LLMs, Doku-Assistenten) für unsere internen Engineering- und Markt-Workflows. Kundendaten behandeln wir streng NDA-konform und ausschließlich in kontrollierten Umgebungen, nicht in öffentlichen Modellen.
• Recherche & Markt: du baust uns Stakeholder-Maps, Wettbewerbs-Analysen und Normen-Übersichten auf. Sparring-Partner für CEO und Produkt-Lead bei Product-Market-Fit-Fragen.
• Kundenmaterial & Demos: du unterstützt bei Demos, Pitch-Material und technischer Doku für Kunden und Partner.

Qualifikation

Das passt zu dir, wenn:

✅ Du programmierst (Python ist Standard, andere Sprachen ok), liest fremden Code ohne Panik und weißt, wie Software-Systeme zusammenhängen

✅ Du in einem laufenden Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Informationstechnik, Mechatronik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren technischen Fachs bist (ab 3. Semester)

✅ Du KI-Tools nicht nur kennst, sondern täglich nutzt. Und merkst, was wirklich produktiv macht und was nur Marketing-Buzz ist.

✅ Du strukturiert denkst und Themen sortieren kannst, die andere als „Chaos" abtun

✅ Du schreiben kannst. Specs, Anforderungen, Kundenmaterial. Präzise und ohne Floskeln.

✅ Du Lust hast, beim Aufbau eines jungen Tech-Unternehmens mitzudenken. Markt, Stakeholder und Strategie interessieren dich, auch wenn das nicht dein Studienschwerpunkt ist.

✅ Du eigenständig arbeitest und früh meldest, wenn etwas hakt, statt 5 Tage am falschen Ende zu sägen

✅ Du verstehst, dass Kundendaten kein Spielmaterial sind. NDA-Bewusstsein ist Pflicht, kein Plus.

✅ Bonus, aber kein Muss: Erste Embedded- oder Backend-Erfahrung, eigene KI-Projekte (Prompt-Engineering, RAG, eigene Agents), erste Berührung mit Bahn-Themen oder regulierten Märkten

✅ Formales: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch ab B2. Office-Anker Karlsruhe. Die Arbeit ist hands-on und im engen Austausch mit CEO und Team.
