Aufgaben

• Mit Freude und Begeisterung berätst Du unsere Kundinnen und Kunden individuell und bist stets daran interessiert, passende Lösungen zu finden – mit Schwerpunkt auf Online-Kommunikation.
• Du entwickelst und steuerst Maßnahmen in SEO, SEA, GEO (Optimierung für KI-Suchsysteme) und auf LinkedIn.
• Du recherchierst und schreibst Texte für unterschiedliche Content-Formate und Kommunikationskanäle – von der Landingpage über den LinkedIn-Post bis zur Pressemitteilung.
• Klassische PR-Projekte übernimmst Du genauso gerne wie digitale – von Fachartikeln über Kundenpublikationen bis zur Medienarbeit.
• Projekte managst Du eigenverantwortlich und zuverlässig – von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.
• Du hast keine Scheu vor komplexen Sachverhalten oder technischen Themen.

Qualifikation

• Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Kommunikationswissenschaften absolviert oder bist Quereinsteigende aus Geistes- und Naturwissenschaften.
• Du bringst eine für die Position relevante Berufserfahrung aus dem PR- oder Online-Marketing-Bereich mit.
• Du verstehst Dein Handwerk und bringst von der Headline über die Longcopy bis hin zu Social-Media-Posts Deine Themen stilsicher auf den Punkt.
• Du kennst Dich mit SEO, SEA, GEO und LinkedIn nachweislich aus und hast bereits eigene Projekte verantwortet.
• Du setzt moderne KI-Tools sicher und verantwortungsvoll ein, steuerst damit Recherche, Textentwicklung und die Erstellung von Content-Formaten effizient und sicherst die Ergebnisqualität ab.
• Du bist offen für Neues, lernst gerne dazu und hast Freude daran, Dich einzubringen.
• Du schätzt ein richtig gutes Team, selbstständiges Arbeiten und legst Wert auf Qualität.
