Als Operations Manager (m/w/d) steigst du bei uns nicht in eine fertige Rolle ein – du wächst in sie hinein. Du übernimmst schnell Verantwortung für zentrale operative Themen, arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass unser Team effizient arbeiten kann. Dein Ziel: Strukturen schaffen, Chaos reduzieren und uns helfen, den nächsten Wachstumsschritt zu gehen.

Aufgaben

• Koordination und aktive Mitarbeit in unseren operativen Bereichen (Supply Chain, Finance und Prozessoptimierung)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung bei operativen Fragestellungen und Entscheidungen
• Unterstützung bei Themen wie Liquiditätsplanung, Kostenkontrolle und Reporting
• Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Supply Chain mit Verantwortung für laufende operative Aufgaben, wie die Beschaffung von Rohstoffen und die Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und Produzenten.
• Aufbau und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen und Strukturen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Du hast Lust durchzustarten und schnell Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen (z. B. Praktika), in denen du Verantwortung übernommen und Dinge eigenständig vorangetrieben hast
• Starkes zahlen- und strukturorientiertes Denken sowie sicherer Umgang mit Excel
• Du arbeitest eigenständig, übernimmst Verantwortung und bringst Themen proaktiv voran
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
