Dafür suchen wir dich als erfahrene:n Online Marketing Manager:in mit klarem Fokus auf Performance, Funnel und Conversion.

Aufgaben

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

• Strategische und operative Umsetzung unserer Online-Marketing-Aktivitäten mit Fokus auf Leadgenerierung und Conversion
• Konzeption, Erstellung und Optimierung von Landingpages entlang unserer Funnel-Struktur
• Planung, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Meta- und Google Ads Kampagnen
• Steuerung und Skalierung von Kampagnenbudgets (insbesondere im Webinarbereich ab 30k+)
• Analyse und Auswertung aller relevanten KPIs entlang der Customer Journey
• Identifikation von Schwachstellen im Funnel und Ableitung konkreter Optimierungsmaßnahmen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und Vertrieb, um Interessenten gezielt zur Kaufentscheidung zu führen
• Übersetzung unserer Inhalte und unserer Haltung in klare, wirksame Marketingbotschaften

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit:

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Online Marketing mit klarem Fokus auf Performance Marketing (Meta & Google)
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Optimierung von Funnels, idealerweise im Webinar-Kontext inkl. Referenzkunden
• Sicherer Umgang mit Tracking, Analyse-Tools und datenbasierten Entscheidungen
  Verständnis für Verkaufspsychologie und Customer Journey
• Die Fähigkeit, strategisch zu denken und gleichzeitig operativ umzusetzen
• Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hoher Anspruch an Ergebnisse
• Idealerweise Erfahrung im Coaching-, Bildungs- oder Personal-Brand-Umfeld
