Du denkst strategisch und gestaltest gern? Dann passt du zu uns ins Team.

Du bist jemand, der nicht einfach umsetzt, sondern hinterfragt – mit einem Gefühl für Produkte, Zielgruppen und Botschaften. Bei uns entwickelst du Kampagnen mit, bringst sie visuell auf die Straße, begleitest unseren Website-Relaunch, gestaltest Messeauftritte und Social-Media-Content. Mal konzeptionell, mal in Adobe – oft beides.

Das ist nicht nur im Marketing so. In allen Bereichen haben wir Mitdenker und Mitgestalter. Wir arbeiten eng zusammen – du im Speziellen mit unserer Marketingmanagerin und der Geschäftsleitung. Du koordinierst Dienstleister und bringst eigene Ideen ein.

Deine Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Gestaltung von Werbemitteln, Anzeigen und Druckmaterialien
• Unterstützung beim Relaunch und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Website
• Produktion von Bild- und Videocontent für digitale und analoge Kanäle
• Planung und Umsetzung von Messeauftritten (inkl. Standgestaltung und Koordination)
• Gestaltung und Pflege von Produktunterlagen und technischen Kommunikationsmitteln
• Content-Erstellung und Mitgestaltung unserer Social-Media-Präsenz (LinkedIn, YouTube u. a.)
• Mitwirkung bei laufenden Marketingprojekten und Kampagnen

Qualifikation

Was du mitbringst

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Marketing, Mediengestaltung, Kommunikationsdesign oder vergleichbar – entscheidend ist, was du kannst und wie du denkst
• Arbeitsfähige Kenntnisse in der Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro o. Ä.) – du kennst die Tools, auch wenn du kein Vollprofi bist
• Ein gutes Gespür für Inhalte, Zielgruppen und visuelle Wirkung – du denkst vom Inhalt, nicht vom Template
• Du bist gerne an der Schnittstelle zwischen Konzept und Umsetzung – du willst nicht nur ausführen, aber auch nicht nur briefen
• Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Kommunikationsmitteln für Print und Digital
• Organisationsgeschick: Du behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Aufgaben den Überblick
• Du erschließt dir Anforderungen im direkten Austausch – neugierig, proaktiv und ohne auf fertige Vorgaben zu warten. Fragen sind bei uns kein Zeichen von Unsicherheit, sondern wie wir arbeiten.
• Interesse daran, unsere Produkte und Kunden wirklich zu verstehen
• Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift – weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
