Aufgaben

Du sorgst dafür, dass unser organischer Output sich verzehnfacht.

Nicht nur durch mehr Postings.
Sondern durch bessere Ideen, klarere Botschaften und Inhalte, die wirklich treffen.

Du arbeitest direkt mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und übersetzt Wissen, Erfahrungen und Strategien in Content, der Reichweite bringt und Nachfrage erzeugt
- unterstützt von unserem Inhouse Videographen und Designer.

Was du konkret machst

• Du entwickelst Content-Ideen, die unsere Zielgruppe wirklich interessieren
• Du schreibst Skripte für Reels, YouTube-Videos und Shortform Content
• Du konzipierst und formulierst Newsletter, die gelesen und weitergeleitet werden
• Du strukturierst Themen entlang unserer Positionierung und Zielkunden
• Du denkst in Content-Serien statt Einzelposts
• Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Videografen zusammen und gibst klare inhaltliche Richtung
• Du bekommst fachlichen Input von unserem KI-Experten Team

Wichtig: Deine Aufgabe beinhaltet kein Performance Marketing - sondern Cotent, Social Media und Copywriting.

Qualifikation

Was du mitbringst

• Du hast fundiertes Know-how im Umgang mit KI, um bestehende Daten, Content und Insights zu analysieren und daraus funktionierenden Content abzuleiten
• Du musst kein KI-Experte sein, aber gängige Tools, Begriffe und Entwicklungen sind dir vertraut
• Du denkst in Zielgruppen, Problemen und konkretem Mehrwert - nicht in Content um des Contents willen
• Du kannst Ideen schnell in konkrete Skripte, Newsletter und Texte übersetzen, die direkt produziert werden können
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und mit hohem Anspruch an Qualität und Wirkung
• Du hast verpflichtend Erfahrung im B2B-Umfeld - wir sprechen keine Endkunden an
• Das ist kein Job für Einsteiger - du bringst definitiv ein paar Jahre Marketing-Erfahrung mit
