Aufgaben

Team Lead & operative Führung

⟶Du führst unser kleines, schlagkräftiges Development-Team operativ und baust es Schritt für Schritt aus

⟶Du optimierst Engineering-Standards, Code-Review-Prozesse und Qualitätssicherung – mit Fokus auf Speed und Wartbarkeit in einem Ki-gestützten Umfeld

⟶Du bist Sparringspartner:in für die Gründer bei technischen und strategischen Entscheidungen

⟶Du codest selbst weiterhin – als Hands-on-Lead, nicht als reiner Manager

Engineering-Kultur & Workflows

⟶Du treibst weiter voran, wie wir KI-gestützt entwickeln – von Tool-Setup über Workflows bis zu Best Practices im Team

⟶Du baust die Guardrails: Wo darf KI autonom shippen, wo braucht’s menschlichen Review

⟶Du etablierst eine Engineering-Kultur, in der KI Hebel für Skalierung ist

Plattform-Architektur & Produkt

⟶Du verantwortest die technische Architektur unserer Plattform (Next.js, Nest.js, PostgreSQL)

⟶Du gestaltest die Integration von LLMs in unsere Produktoberflächen – RAG, Tool Use, Agent-Patterns

Qualifikation

Must-Have

⟶Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Senior- oder Lead-Entwickler:in in einem produktorientierten Umfeld

⟶Tiefe Kenntnisse in TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js und PostgreSQL

⟶Du arbeitest souverän mit modernen KI-Entwicklungsumgebungen und hast eine klare Meinung, wie man damit produktiv entwickelt

⟶Erfahrung mit LLM-Integration in Produkte: Prompt Engineering, RAG, Tool Use

⟶Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen oder disziplinarischen Führung (kleiner) Teams

⟶Du verstehst, dass „AI-generated“ nicht automatisch „production-ready“ heißt – und weißt, wo die Lücken und Hebel sind

⟶Erfahrung mit Nest.js, Monorepo-Setups (Turbo/Nx), AWS Bedrock

⟶Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Skalierung von Engineering-Teams aus dem frühen Stadium
