Die Filiale ist Teil der Kopfstelleneinheit Oststadt/Mendelssohnplatz/Barbarossaplatz. In der Filiale Barbarossaplatz beraten und betreuen Sie zusammen mit drei weiteren Kollegen unsere Kundinnen und Kunden.

Aufgaben

• Kundenkontaktmanagement und Betreuung für zugeordnete Kunden
• ganzheitliche und eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der zugeordneten Kunden im Rahmen unseres S-Finanzkonzeptes und unter Einbindung von Spezialisten (für Versicherungen, betriebliche Altersvorsorge, Wertpapiergeschäft und Bausparen)
• aktive Beratung in den Kernkompetenzfeldern Service und Liquidität, Absicherung der Lebensrisiken, Altersvorsorge, Vermögen bilden und strukturieren (vornehmlich durch eigenständiges WP-Geschäft)
• Anbahnungsgespräch in der privaten Baufinanzierung
• Pflege und Intensivierung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie Gewinnung neuer Kunden

Qualifikation

• Bankfachwirt oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Aufgeschlossenheit und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
