Das erwartet Dich

Du übernimmst in Teilzeit eigenverantwortlich die Buchhaltung und Finanzverwaltung der VISUAL FACILITATORS GmbH. Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und hältst den Laden finanziell am Laufen – zuverlässig, strukturiert und mit einem Blick fürs Wesentliche.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben:
- Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen prüfen, erfassen und verwalten

• Kundenkommunikation rund um Rechnungen und Zahlungen
• Lieferantenthemen (Supplier-Management): Verträge, Rechnungen, Konditionen im Blick behalten
• Vorbereitende Buchhaltung – Belege aufbereiten und strukturieren für den Steuerberater
• Controlling: Zahlen auswerten, Abweichungen erkennen, Übersichten erstellen
• Zahlungsabwicklung: Überweisungen vorbereiten und durchführen
• Mahnwesen: offene Posten überwachen und Mahnungen versenden
• KSK-Abwicklung (Künstlersozialkasse): Meldungen und Beiträge korrekt abwickeln
• Steuerrelevante Themen überwachen: Gewerbesteuer, Körperschaftsteuer, Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung – Zahlungsfristen im Blick behalten und Fristen koordinieren
• Datenpflege: saubere Stammdaten und Ablage
• DATEV / Unternehmen Online: Belege hochladen und Vorgänge direkt abwickeln (Vorkenntnisse von Vorteil)

Qualifikation

Das bringst Du mit

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung/Rechnungswesen
• Erfahrung in der vorbereitenden Buchhaltung, gerne auch aus einer Steuerkanzlei
• Kenntnisse in DATEV / Unternehmen Online von Vorteil
• Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil (z.B. für internationale Supplier-Kommunikation)
• Offenheit für digitale Tools, die standardisierte Prozesse unterstützen (inkl. KI)
• Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Zuverlässigkeit und ein Auge fürs Detail
