Zur Verstärkung unseres HR-Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Junior-Personalreferenten (m/w/d) mit Interesse an internationalen HR-Prozessen und moderner Personalarbeit.

Aufgaben

Sie …

• unterstützen bei der Betreuung internationaler HR-Themen und Prozesse
• sind Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für internationale Mitarbeitende in personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
• unterstützen das Recruiting und Onboarding nationaler und internationaler Mitarbeitender
• arbeiten bei arbeitsrechtlichen und administrativen HR-Prozessen mit
• koordinieren und stimmen sich mit internationalen Standorten und externen Partnern ab
• arbeiten an HR-Projekten mit, insbesondere im Bereich Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung
• erstellen HR-Reports, Auswertungen und Präsentationen
• unterstützen die Weiterentwicklung von HR-Richtlinien und Standards

Qualifikation

Sie …

• haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement, Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie, Rechtswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Arbeitsrecht oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• verfügen über erste praktische Erfahrung im HR-Bereich, z. B. durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten
• interessieren sich für internationales Personalmanagement und interkulturelle Zusammenarbeit
• zeichnen sich durch eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
• überzeugen durch Kommunikationsstärke sowie ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
• kommunizieren sehr gut auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, Spanisch wünschenswert
• zeichnen sich durch einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office aus; erste Erfahrung mit HR-Systemen ist von Vorteil
