Aufgaben
- Professionelle und vorausschauende Unterstützung des HR & Administration Manager im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Sicherstellung einer funktionierenden Büroorganisation und Infrastruktur
- Planung von internen Meetings, Workshops und Veranstaltungen
- Protokollführung in Meetings sowie Monitoring von To Dos und Fortschritten
- Erstellung von Präsentationen sowie Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen, Reports und Statusübersichten
- Organisation von Dienstreisen inkl. Spesen- und Reisekostenabrechnungen
- Vorbereitung und Formulierung von interner Kommunikation
- Mitarbeit in der Personaladministration und Unterstützung des HR-Managements
- Verantwortung für die Zeiterfassung der Mitarbeitenden
- Pflege von Mitarbeiterdaten und Verwaltung von Personalunterlagen
- Unterstützung bei Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozessen
- Mithilfe bei organisatorischen und arbeitsrechtlich relevanten Themen im Tagesgeschäft
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in einer Assistenzfunktion, im Office Management oder in einer vergleichbaren administrativen Rolle
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Freude an einem dynamischen, sich verändernden Umfeld
- Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Eigeninitiative
- Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung und professionelles Auftreten
- Genauigkeit, Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit
- Interesse an HR-Themen sowie Freude an organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit Zeiterfassungs- oder HR-Systemen von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
