Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
• Analyse relevanter KPIs und Ableitung datenbasierter Optimierungsmaßnahmen
• Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung neuer Strategien, um Conversion Rates und ROI zu steigern
• Erstellung von Reportings und Präsentationen, um Kampagnenergebnisse anschaulich aufzubereiten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Design-, Content- und Sales-Teams, um effektive Marketingmaßnahmen umzusetzen
• Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, um neue Chancen frühzeitig zu erkennen

Das bringst du mit:

• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, BWL, Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Performance Marketing (z. B. durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder erste Berufserfahrung)
• Grundkenntnisse in relevanten Tools wie Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics oder Google Tag Manager
• Eine analytische Denkweise und Spaß daran, aus Daten aussagekräftige Insights abzuleiten
• Eigeninitiative und Motivation, kreative Ideen im Performance-Marketing umzusetzen
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
