Deine Aufgaben

• Performance & Social Media Marketing: Du setzt Kampagnen auf Meta, LinkedIn und anderen Social-Media-Plattformen auf und optimierst sie kontinuierlich für maximale Performance.
• Google Ads (SEA): Du planst Suchmaschinenwerbung strategisch und setzt Kampagnen hands-on auf.
• PR & Media Planung: Du recherchierst Third-Party-Kanäle, planst Maßnahmen und setzt diese gemeinsam mit dem Team um. Du koordinierst Media-Planungen für externe Partner.
• E-Mail-Marketing: Du konzipierst und setzt E-Mail-Kampagnen operativ um. Vorwissen ist ein Plus, aber wir bringen dir gerne alles bei, was du wissen musst.
• Analyse & Optimierung: Du behältst KPIs im Blick, misst Kampagnenerfolge und leitest daraus konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab.

Was wir suchen

• Erste Erfahrung im Performance Marketing: Du hast operative Erfahrung, wie man Kampagnen in Google Ads, Meta oder LinkedIn aufsetzt und managt.
• Social Media Affinität: Du verstehst, wie Social-Media-Plattformen funktionieren und hast Lust darauf, bezahlte Kampagnen zu schalten und zu optimieren.
• Analytisches Denken: Du arbeitest datengetrieben, behältst Kennzahlen im Blick und leitest daraus sinnvolle Maßnahmen ab.
