Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine(n) engagierte(n) (Junior) Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

• Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Websites
• Systematische Optimierung der Conversion Rate und Optimierung der Userpfade
• Eigenständige Planung und Umsetzung von Themen wie z.B. Marketing Automation und Newsletter
• Unterstützung im Performance Marketing wie z.B. Amazon Advertising, Google Ads und Meta
• Analysen im gesamten Online-Bereich sowie die Entwicklung, Implementierung und Umsetzung der daraus abgeleiteten Maßnahmen
• Planung, Pflege und Organisation sämtlicher Contents der Website sowie Qualitätssicherung
• Durchführung von Keyword-Recherchen und Zielgruppen-Analysen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes BWL- oder Medienmanagement-Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen im Online-Marketing
• Hohe Affinität und erste Kenntnisse in Online-Medien und -Technologien
• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit gepaart mit Erfolgswillen
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Lernbereitschaft
• Strukturiertes, selbstständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
• Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
• Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
