Aufgaben

Du übernimmst operative und strategische Verantwortung im Linkbuilding – eigenständig, strukturiert, ergebnisorientiert.

Kernaufgaben – Daily Operations

• Eigenständige Buchung von Linkplatzierungen bei hochwertigen Publishern
• Tägliche Publisher-Kommunikation: Erst- und Folgekorrespondenz, Verhandlung, Nachverfolgung
• Publisher Outreach: Neuen Publisher-Kontakte identifizieren, ansprechen & aufbauen
• ERP-System pflegen: alle Link- und Publisher-Daten sauber dokumentieren und aktuell halten
• Qualitätssicherung: Platzierte Links auf Relevanz, Qualität & KPI-Einhaltung prüfen
• Ranking-Reports erstellen und pflegen

Research & Strategie

• Publisher-Research: Neue Quellen, Nischen & Linkpartner aktiv recherchieren
• Publisher-Netzwerk: Qualität und Aktualität des Netzwerks laufend sicherstellen
• Vorarbeit neue Projekte: Publisher-Potenziale für neue Kunden analysieren und aufbereiten
• Linkaufbaupläne befüllen: Links strategisch passend zu Zielseiten einsetzen
• Aktive Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse & Workflows

Qualifikation

Das bringst Du mit

• Praktische Erfahrungen im Linkbuilding, Outreach oder SEO
• Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit externen Partnern oder Kunden
• Grundkenntnisse in SEO-Tools wie Ahrefs, Sistrix oder Semrush sind ein Plus – kein Pflichtprogramm
• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise – Remote ist für Dich kein Problem
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englisch von Vorteil
• Analytisches Denken & Zahlenaffinität: Du arbeitest gerne datenbasiert
