Wir suchen eine motivierte Persönlichkeit im Bereich HR Operations & Systems, die unser Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft unterstützt und gleichzeitig Freude daran hat, unsere HR-Software aktiv zu betreuen und weiterzuentwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben

• Betreuung und Pflege unserer HR-Software sowie Unterstützung bei der Optimierung bestehender Prozesse
• Implementierung neuer MVZs in unsere HR-Systemlandschaft
• Durchführung von Schulungen für Mitarbeitende und Ansprechpartner:innen
• Unterstützung im operativen HR-Tagesgeschäft
• Pflege digitaler Personalakten
• Erstellung von Verträgen, Bescheinigungen und Arbeitszeugnissen
• Mitwirkung bei verschiedenen HR-Projekten
• Unterstützung entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen und externen Partnern

Das bringst du mit

• Erste Berufserfahrung im HR-, Verwaltungs-, Assistenz- oder Office-Bereich
• Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Personaldienstleistungskaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau, Medizinische/r Fachangestellte/r oder vergleichbar – alternativ ein Studium im Bereich Personal, BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder ähnlichem
• Hohe IT-Affinität und Interesse an digitalen HR-Systemen und Prozessen
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude daran, Mitarbeitende zu schulen und zu unterstützen
• Erfahrung im medizinischen Umfeld oder mit MVZ-Strukturen ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
