Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei Influencer-Kampagnen: Von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung wird eng mit dem Team zusammengearbeitet, um erfolgreiche Kampagnen zu realisieren
• Recherche & Trendscouting: Passende Creator werden identifiziert, Trends analysiert und neue Ideen für erfolgreiche Kooperationen entwickelt
• Kunden- & Creator-Kommunikation: Unterstützung bei Briefings, Abstimmungen und der Betreuung von Influencern
• Monitoring & Reporting: Auswertung von Kampagnen, Verfolgung von KPIs und Gewinnung wertvoller Performance-Insights
• Unterstützung im Bereich Paid Media: Mitarbeit bei der Steuerung von Performance-Kampagnen auf Plattformen wie Meta und TikTok
• Interne Abstimmung & Koordination: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Kampagnen zu gewährleisten

Dein Profil

• Erste Erfahrung im Influencer-Marketing oder Projektmanagement, z. B. durch Praktika, Werkstudierendentätigkeiten oder erste Jobs
• Leidenschaft für Social Media: Ein gutes Gespür für Plattformen, Trends und Creator-Content.
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Klare Ausdrucksweise, Zuverlässigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Creators
• Grundverständnis für Paid Media & Budgetmanagement – fehlendes Wissen kann erlernt werden
• Hands-on-Mentalität & Eigeninitiative: Strukturiertes Arbeiten, kreative Ideen und eine proaktive Herangehensweise
