Mit einem hochspezialisierten Team von rund 25 Mitarbeitenden begleitet sie ihre Mandanten bei anspruchsvollen Immobilien- und Unternehmenstransaktionen auf höchstem Niveau. Für die Sicherstellung dieser hohen Standards suchen wir im exklusiven Auftrag einen IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d), die Verantwortung übernehmen möchte und sich in einem diskreten, wertschätzenden Umfeld wohlfühlt.

Aufgaben

• Administration und Betreuung der gesamten Windows-basierten IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Clients, Active Directory, Microsoft 365).
• First- und Second-Level-Support für alle Mitarbeitenden – schnell, kompetent und persönlich.
• Verwaltung und Wartung von Druckern, Telefonie-Anlagen sowie der iPhone & Smartphone Infrastruktur.
• Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs kanzleirelevanter Fachanwendungen (z. B. Notariatssoftware, Dokumentenmanagement).
• Netzwerkpflege (LAN/WLAN, VPN, Firewall) sowie Betreuung von Cloud-Diensten (M365, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Lizenz- und Asset-Management sowie Beschaffung von Hard- und Software.
• Sicherstellung von Datensicherung, IT-Security und Datenschutzkonformität (DSGVO).
• Koordination externer Dienstleister und Hersteller-Support.

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT-Systemkaufmann oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (alle m/w/d)
• Erfahrung im Support von Apple-Endgeräten (iPhone, ggf. iPad) und MDM-Lösungen
• Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik (TCP/IP, VLAN, Firewall, VPN)
• Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Menschen – Sie erklären geduldig und lösungsorientiert
• Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Diskretion im sensiblen Kanzleiumfeld
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
