Aufgaben

Du bist verantwortlich für den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess, gestaltest das Bewerber*innenmanagement und hilfst so mit, den passenden Deckel für unseren Topf zu finden. Dann managst du den gesamten Employee Lifecycle. Bei mITblick erwartet dich eine Vielzahl an interessanten Tätigkeiten.

Aus einer Hand

Du definierst die Besetzungsstrategie, wählst Kommunikationskanäle und wirkst mit bei der Umsetzung innovativer, zielgruppenspezifischer Rekrutierungsstrategien sowie von Personalmarketing- und Employer Branding-Maßnahmen (z.B. Jobmessen, Events und Mailings, etc.). Du begleitest Bewerbende vom ersten Kennenlerngespräch bis hin zur Vertragsgestaltung und bist für die Kolleg*innen da.

Recruiting und Talent Acquisition

Du verfolgst leidenschaftlich Recruiting Trends und baust dir einen nachhaltigen Talentpool durch kontinuierliches Screening von Kandidatenprofilen und im Active Sourcing schreibst Du via Direktansprache passende Kandidat*innen an.

HR und Personal

Du gestaltest die Unternehmenskultur mit und trägst zur Förderung von Mitarbeitendenbindung und -engagement bei. Routineaufgaben wie die Pflege aller relevanten HR-Datenverwaltungsprozesse, die Sicherstellung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorgaben und die Administration von Verträgen etc. liegt in Deiner Verantwortung.

Qualifikation

• Du hast Know-how in der Steuerung von Recruitingprozessen, im Umgang mit verschiedenen Recruiting-Kanälen und Social-Media-Plattformen sowie Erfahrung im Active Sourcing
• Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Tech-Recruiting und hast idealerweise Deine Erfahrung im HR/Personalbereich innerhalb eines agilen Umfelds, in Consulting-Unternehmen oder im Dienstleistungsbereich gesammelt
• Du bist ein absolutes Kommunikationstalent und überzeugst mit deiner positiven Art und deinem professionellen Auftreten.
• Du hast Spaß an wiederkehrenden Aufgaben wie Pflege und Aktualisierung der Bewerber*innen- und Mitarbeitendendatenbank
• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Fachrichtung Wirtschaftswissenschaften, technische BWL, Personalwesen, o.ä.) oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Personal.
