Aufgaben

• Deine Erfahrung aus der IT-Administration setzt Du ein, um in anspruchsvollen Projekten für Großkonzerne zentrale IT-Monitoring-Lösungen aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln.
• In Teamarbeit integrierst Du Herstellerlösungen in komplexe IT-Landschaften und passt sie an die individuellen Kundenanforderungen an.
• Im Anschluss stellst Du den zuverlässigen und leistungsfähigen Betrieb sicher.
• Als verlässlicher Ansprechpartner begleitest Du unsere Kunden bei Fragen, Optimierungswünschen und neuen Herausforderungen.
• Darüber hinaus vertiefst Du fortlaufend Dein Wissen im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur- und Monitoring-Management und erwirbst Zertifizierungen – insbesondere für IBM-Technologien.

Qualifikation

• Nach Deinem Bachelor-Abschluss hast Du einige Jahre als IT-Administrator gearbeitet und bringst Erfahrung in der Überwachung und dem Betrieb von IT-Umgebungen mit: On-premises, in der Cloud oder hybrid.
• Dir macht es Spaß, technische Herausforderungen anzugehen und passende Lösungen zu entwickeln.
• Mit Linux, Windows, Scriptsprachen sowie Begriffen wie REST oder IP bist Du vertraut.
• Kubernetes / OpenShift sind Dir nicht fremd.
• Optional bringst du Erfahrungen mit Monitoring-Tools oder der Netcool-Suite von IBM mit.
• Beratungskompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch (mind. C1 Level) und Englisch runden Dein Profil ab.
