Cloud & Infrastructure Administrator / IT-Senior Expert (m/w/d)

Schwerpunkt Infrastruktur, Support & Cybersecurity

DEINE AUFGABEN:

• Planung, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der gesamten IT‑Infrastruktur (Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Virtualisierung, Netzwerk)
• Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit, Umsetzung von Schutzmaßnahmen sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Cybersecurity‑Strategie
• Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs von Hard- und Softwarelösungen
• Optimierung von IT-Prozessen, technischen Systemen und digitalen Anwendungen
• Betreuung und Koordination externer IT-Dienstleister
• Verwaltung von Softwarelizenzen und IT-Ressourcen
• Eigenständige Analyse und Behebung von Störungen in Netzwerk-, Server-, Cloud- und Arbeitsplatzumgebungen
• Durchführung und Koordination von Wartungen, Updates, Datenmigrationen und Systemupgrades
• Betreuung von PCs, Laptops, mobilen Geräten, Druckern, Scannern und Servern
• Technischer Support für Mitarbeitende sowie Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von IT‑Tickets
• Mitarbeit bei IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten

DU BIETEST UNS:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, IT-Systemadministration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld

• Gute Kenntnisse in:

  • Netzwerktechnik: Cisco, Ubiquiti UniFi, Lenovo Switches; VLAN‑Strukturierung, Routing, DHCP/DNS/NPS‑Services, VPN‑Konfiguration, Firewalls (Checkpoint, Netgate/pfSense)
  • Microsoft- und Linux Umgebungen: Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS/DHCP), Microsoft 365/Exchange Online, Entra ID; Linux‑Administration (Ubuntu, SLES), Shell‑Scripting, Systemdienste
  • Server- und Clientadministration: VMware vSphere/ESXi, Storage‑Systeme (Lenovo, Synology), Patch‑Management, Endpoint‑Management, Hardware‑Lifecycle, Container‑Technologien (Docker, Podman)
  • Cloud-Lösungen: Microsoft Azure (VMs, Storage, Networking), Entra ID, Microsoft 365‑Administration, Cloud‑Backup/Recovery (Veeam, Azure Backup), Atlassian (Jira, Confluence)
  • IT-Sicherheit und Cybersecurity: Endpoint‑Security (Microsoft Defender, Checkpoint), Firewall‑Management, MFA/Conditional Access, Monitoring & Log‑Analyse, grundlegende Schwachstellenbewertung

• Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern

• Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Hohe Service- und Anwenderorientierung

• Ausgeprägtes analytisches und logisches Denkvermögen
