Safe-Hub Berlin ist ein Projekt der AMANDLA gGmbH und Teil eines internationalen Netzwerks, das Kinder und Jugendliche aus strukturell benachteiligten Gegenden durch Sport, Bildung und soziale Teilhabe stärkt. Neben dem operativen Betrieb befindet sich der Berliner Standort in einer entscheidenden Wachstumsphase: Ein Infrastrukturprojekt – bestehend aus Fundraising und einer eigenen Immobilienentwicklung – soll in den nächsten Monaten und Jahren realisiert werden. Dafür suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit mit Gestaltungswillen, die Verantwortung übernimmt und die Weiterentwicklung von Safe-Hub Berlin gemeinsam mit dem Team vorantreibt.

Deine Rolle

Du übernimmst die operative Gesamtverantwortung in einer Phase, in der Safe-Hub zwei Dinge gleichzeitig leisten muss: den laufenden Betrieb stabil halten und ein komplexes Infrastrukturprojekt aktiv vorantreiben.
Als zentrale Führungskraft bist du das Bindeglied zwischen Team, Geschäftsführung und einem Netzwerk aus externen Partnern und Behörden. Du steuerst Zeitpläne, verantwortest Budgets, koordinierst Planungs- und Genehmigungsprozesse und hältst alle relevanten Stakeholder eng eingebunden – damit das Infrastrukturprojekt nicht ins Stocken gerät, sondern Fahrt aufnimmt.
Das Projekt ist dabei mehr als Bau und Planung: Es geht darum, einen Ort zu entwickeln, der wirklich zum Kiez passt – der die Bedarfe der Menschen vor Ort widerspiegelt und langfristig zur sozialen Infrastruktur des Stadtteils beiträgt. Du bringst dafür nicht nur Projektentwicklungs-Know-how mit, sondern auch ein Verständnis für urbane Entwicklungsprozesse und die Frage, was ein Quartier braucht, um zu funktionieren.
Gleichzeitig trägst du Verantwortung für die Teamdynamik. Du führst eine Organisation mit engagierten Menschen, die klare Entscheidungsstrukturen brauchen. Die Geschäftsführung bleibt strategisch eingebunden; die operative Führung liegt in deinen Händen.

Director (gn) Infrastructure & Operations

Aufgaben

Projektentwicklung Immobilien & Infrastruktur

• Steuerung und Koordination des 12-Mio.-€-Infrastrukturprojekts
• Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Investoren, Fördergebern, Behörden und Projektpartnern
• Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, Meilensteinverfolgung und Reporting an den Geschäftsfüherer
• Begleitung von Genehmigungsprozessen und Zusammenarbeit mit Architekten, Planern und Gutachtern
• Inhaltliche Entwicklung des Projekts im Einklang mit den Bedarfen des Kiezes und der sozialen Infrastruktur des Stadtteils

Teamführung & operative Gesamtverantwortung

• Führung eines Teams von 7 Festangestellten sowie Freelancern und Minijob-Kräften
• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesbetriebs der Organisation
• Strategische und operative Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
• Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen, Prozessen und Teamkultur

Fundraising & Stakeholder-Management

• Aktive Unterstützung der Fundraising-Strategie für das 12-Mio.-€-Ziel
• Repräsentation der Organisation gegenüber öffentlichen und privaten Partnern
• Pflege und Ausbau des Netzwerks im Berliner NGO- und Immobilienökosystem
• Aktiver Einsatz der Urban-Development-Expertise zur Positionierung des Projekts gegenüber öffentlichen und privaten Fördergebenden

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit

• Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Immobilien- oder Infrastrukturprojektentwicklung
• Erfahrung in der Führung interdisziplinärer Teams, idealerweise im NGO- oder Social-Impact-Umfeld
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke auf Deutsch (Englisch von Vorteil)
• Hohe Eigenverantwortung, strukturiertes Arbeiten und unternehmerisches Denken
• Sicherer Umgang mit Budgets, Projektcontrolling und Stakeholder-Kommunikation

Von Vorteil

• Kenntnisse im deutschen Förder- und Gemeinnützigkeitsrecht
• Netzwerk in der Berliner Immobilien- oder NGO-Szene
• Erfahrung mit EU-Förderprogrammen oder öffentlicher Projektfinanzierung
• Affinität zu Sport, Jugendarbeit oder sozialer Stadtentwicklung
