Bei uns arbeitest du nicht mit Papier, sondern mit intelligenten, digitalen Systemen. Du gestaltest unsere IT‑Landschaft aktiv mit und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kanzlei technologisch immer einen Schritt voraus ist. In deinem zukünftigen Aufgabenbereich erwarten dich unter anderem:

• Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Administration unserer IT‑Systeme und Infrastruktur
• Support und Beratung unserer Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Fragen
• Einsatz von KI‑Tools zur Optimierung von IT- und Supportprozessen
• Einrichtung und Pflege von Hard- und Software
• Schnittstellen intern und zur Mandantenanbindung, insbesondere im DATEV‑Umfeld
• Technische Betreuung der Mandantenanbindung, inklusive Onboarding und Datenaustausch
• Mitwirkung bei der Einführung neuer digitaler Tools und Automatisierungen
• IT‑Sicherheit, Datenschutz und Systemstabilität
• Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen (2nd‑Level‑Support)
• Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern, Mandanten und Fachbereichen
• Mitarbeit bei IT‑Projekten, von Prozessoptimierung bis Systemmigration

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT‑Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, Systeminformatiker) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows‑Systemen, Netzwerken, Serverlandschaften und IT‑Security
• Erfahrung mit Microsoft‑Umgebungen, insbesondere MS 365
• Idealerweise Kenntnisse in DATEV‑Systemen – kein Muss, aber ein Plus
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Lust auf Weiterentwicklung
