Damit unser Modell stabil wachsen kann, suchen wir dich. Du bist nah am Tagesgeschäft, hältst die administrativen Fäden sauber zusammen und treibst unser Recruiting voran. Was dich besonders macht: Du kennst dich im HR- und Arbeitsrechtswirrwarr aus und hast ein klares Verständnis von Regeln und Prozessen. Gleichzeitig brauchst du nicht für alles einen fertigen Blueprint, um Dinge sicher, pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert auf die Straße zu bringen. Du bist ein fester Teil unseres HR-Teams und berichtest direkt an den HR Business Partner.

Aufgaben

HR Operations & Recruiting (Dein operativer Fokus)

• Administration & Payroll: Eigenverantwortliche Personaladministration von Eintritt bis Austritt, Pflege von Akten/Stammdaten sowie vorbereitende Lohnabrechnung (DATEV) inkl. Plausibilitätschecks.
• Recruiting & Auswahlprozess: Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Talentgewinnung – vom Einstellen der Ausschreibungen (Zoho) über die verbindliche Bewerberkommunikation bis zur Terminkoordination und Begleitung des Auswahlprozesses.
• Pragmatische Prozessgestaltung: Du wickelst Onboarding und Abwesenheiten nicht nur ab, sondern erkennst, wo Abläufe haken, und ergreifst proaktiv die Initiative, um sie schlanker und logischer zu machen.
• Troubleshooting: Wenn Prozesse fehlen, Formulare unklar sind oder Behörden sich querstellen, legst du nicht die Hände in den Schoß. Du findest eigenverantwortlich eine smarte, gangbare Lösung.

Ausbildung (Verbundausbildung & Mentoring)

• Verbund-Koordination & Betreuung: Du steuerst die Ausbildungsorganisation (Partnerbetrieb, Berufsschule, IHK) und bist Ansprechperson für unsere Azubis im Alltag. Wenn es kulturelle Hürden oder Probleme gibt, denkst du "Out of the Box" und räumst lösungsorientiert Steine aus dem Weg.
• Dokumentation: Sicherstellen der Ausbildungsnachweise, Berichtshefte und Fristen – sauber, aber ohne unnötige Bürokratie.

Qualifikation

• Fundament: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Personal (z. B. Personaldienstleistung, Büromanagement HR, Verwaltung).
• Erfahrung & Mindset: Praxiserfahrung in der operativen HR-Arbeit und im Recruiting-Support. Du verstehst HR von Grund auf und handelst in unerwarteten Situationen sicher und flexibel.
• Gestalter-Mentalität: Du denkst mit, hinterfragst den Status quo und kommst direkt mit eigenen Lösungsansätzen um die Ecke, anstatt auf detaillierte Vorgaben zu warten.
• Ausbilderschein: AEVO/ADA vorhanden oder die Bereitschaft, die Ausbildereignung zeitnah zu erwerben (wir unterstützen dich dabei).
• Handwerkszeug: Diskrete Arbeitsweise und absolute Verlässlichkeit bei sensiblen Daten. Sicheres MS Office; DATEV- und Zoho-Erfahrung sind ein Plus.
• Kommunikation: Sehr gutes Deutsch (mind. C1) und hilfreiches Englisch. Du bist klar in der Ansage, freundlich im Ton und verbindlich in der Umsetzung.
