HR-Generalist (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Payroll
in Vollzeit.

Die WKM Medizintechnik GmbH ist ein erfolgreiches mittelständisches Dienstleistungsunternehmen im Gesundheitswesen mit rund 200 Mitarbeitern und zählt zur bundesweiten Auxilium-Gruppe. Wir versorgen und betreuen Patienten mit Hilfsmitteln in allen Bereichen der außerklinischen Intensivpflege. Hierzu zählen z.B. die Bereiche Beatmungs- und Sauerstofftherapie, Tracheostomaversorgung, Monitoring und enterale Ernährung. Neben der Versorgung mit medizintechnischen Produkten sind auch dazugehörige Dienstleistungen Schwerpunkt unseres Handelns. Aufgaben

Entgeltabrechnung

• Vorbereitung und laufende Durchführung der internen Gehaltsabrechnung
• Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in abrechnungs- und sozialversicherungsrelevanten Fragen
• Betreuung und Administration des Zeiterfassungssystems

Recruiting

• Eigenständige Pflege und Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen im HR-Informationssystem, auf Onlineplattformen, in sozialen Medien und auf Jobbörsen
• Beratung und Unterstützung der Führungskräfte im gesamten Recruiting‑ und Personalprozess
• Professionelle Kommunikation und Betreuung von Bewerber:innen
• Vertretung unseres Unternehmens auf Job- und Karrieremessen sowie bei Recruiting-Events

HR-Administration & Betreuung

• Betreuung administrativer HR-Prozesse vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
• Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Bescheinigungen und Arbeitszeugnissen
• Pflege der Personalakten sowie der digitalen Personaldaten
• Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeitende und Vertragspartner bei HR-Fragen

Qualifikation

• eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Personalbereich (z. B. Personalfachkraft / Personalfachkaufmann (m/w/d)) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen / Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen, insbesondere im Bereich Payroll
• Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht
• Idealerweise Erfahrungen mit der HR-Software rexx Systems
• sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office 365
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamorientierung, Engagement, Lernbereitschaft sowie selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise gehören zu Ihren Stärken
• gute Auffassungsgabe verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, souverän auf wechselnde Anforderungen zu reagieren
• Diskretion und Verschwiegenheit
• sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
