HR Manager / HR Generalist (m/w/d)

Wir bei autofox GmbH suchen eine strukturierte, kommunikative und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit für unser HR-Team. In dieser Rolle betreust du zentrale Personalprozesse, unterstützt Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte im Tagesgeschäft und wirkst aktiv am weiteren Aufbau professioneller, digitaler und skalierbarer HR-Strukturen mit.

Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf der Weiterführung unseres HR-Tools Factorial, dem Aufbau klarer Onboarding- und Offboarding-Workflows, der Entwicklung interner Schulungs- und Weiterbildungssysteme sowie der nachhaltigen Gestaltung von Gehalts- und Provisionsmodellen.

Du solltest Freude daran haben, HR nicht nur administrativ zu betreuen, sondern Prozesse aktiv aufzubauen, zu verbessern und langfristig tragfähig zu gestalten. Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für diese Position zwingend erforderlich.

Aufgaben

• Betreuung und Beratung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften in allen operativen HR-Themen
• Weiterführung, Pflege und Optimierung von Factorial als zentrales HR-Tool
• Sicherstellung einer sauberen und aktuellen Datenbasis in HR-Systemen und Personalakten
• Aufbau, Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Verbesserung strukturierter Onboarding- und Offboarding-Workflows
• Sicherstellung, dass neue Mitarbeitende schnell, professionell und vollständig in ihre Rolle, Tools und Prozesse eingeführt werden
• Koordination aller Onboarding- und Offboarding-Schritte mit Führungskräften, IT, Finance und relevanten Fachbereichen
• Aufbau eines internen Schulungs- und Weiterbildungssystems für Mitarbeitende
• Entwicklung und Pflege von Trainingsmaterialien, Checklisten, Prozessdokumentationen und internen Guidelines
• Unterstützung bei der Einführung regelmäßiger Mitarbeitertrainings, z. B. zu Tools, internen Prozessen, Compliance, Kommunikation oder Führung
• Erstellung, Pflege und Verwaltung von Arbeitsverträgen, Bescheinigungen, HR-Dokumenten und internen Richtlinien
• Unterstützung im Recruiting-Prozess, z. B. Bewerberkommunikation, Terminkoordination und Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen
• Mitgestaltung effizienter, digitaler und skalierbarer HR-Prozesse
• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung transparenter, fairer und nachhaltiger Gehaltsstrukturen
• Mitarbeit an nachvollziehbaren und langfristig tragfähigen Provisions- und Bonusmodellen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, Finance und Führungskräften bei Gehaltsrunden, Provisionsregelungen und HR-relevanten Auswertungen
• Unterstützung bei Mitarbeiterentwicklung, Feedbackprozessen und interner Kommunikation
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher und interner Vorgaben
• Aktive Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten und kontinuierlicher Prozessoptimierung

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Studium im Bereich Personal, BWL, Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich, idealerweise als HR Generalist, HR Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit HR-Tools, idealerweise Factorial
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der HR-Administration und im operativen Personalmanagement
• Erfahrung im Aufbau oder in der Weiterentwicklung von Onboarding-, Offboarding- oder Schulungsprozessen
• Fähigkeit, komplexe HR-Prozesse verständlich zu dokumentieren und in klare Workflows zu übersetzen
• Freude daran, interne Standards, Checklisten, Trainingsmaterialien und Guidelines aufzubauen
• Grundkenntnisse im deutschen Arbeitsrecht
• Verständnis für Vergütungsstrukturen, Gehaltsmodelle und/oder Provisionssysteme von Vorteil
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend erforderlich
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office oder Google Workspace
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und professionelles Auftreten
• Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein hoher Anspruch an klare, nachvollziehbare Prozesse
