Über die Rolle

Wir suchen Verstärkung im Recruiting, die direkt mit unserem Team Talente für Buena gewinnt. Unsere Hires entscheiden, wie schnell wir wachsen — du sitzt mitten in diesem Prozess. Du wirst Stellenanzeigen schreiben, Kandidaten ansprechen, erste Gespräche führen und Kanäle aufbauen, die uns die richtigen Leute bringen.

In deinen ersten Wochen lernst du das Buena-Recruiting von innen kennen. Nach den ersten 60 Tagen übernimmst du eigene Kanäle, eigene Rollen, eigene Pipelines.

Aufgaben

Verantwortlichkeiten

• Du übernimmst Recruiting-Kanäle. Social Media, Jobplattformen, Events, Sourcing-Tools — du baust sie aus und misst, was wirklich Kandidaten bringt.
• Du arbeitest am echten Pipeline. Sourcing, erste Vorgespräche, Bewerbermanagement, Kommunikation mit Kandidaten. Keine reine Zuarbeit — du betreust Rollen mit.
• Du schreibst Stellenanzeigen, die funktionieren. Du entwirfst, testest und iterierst. Was nicht performt, ändern wir.
• Du bringst Ideen ein, wie wir besser werden. Wir haben kein fertiges Playbook. Wenn du eine bessere Idee hast, wie wir Talente erreichen, setzen wir sie um.

Qualifikation

Du passt zu uns, wenn du

• Deutsch (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse mitbringst. Beides nutzen wir täglich.
• Eigenverantwortlich arbeitest. Wir geben dir Kontext und Vertrauen, kein Micromanagement.
• Strukturiert und präzise bist. Im Recruiting bricht alles, sobald jemand sloppy wird — Antworten verzögern sich, Kandidaten springen ab, Pipelines reißen.
• Kommunikationsstark bist. Du wirst täglich mit Kandidaten sprechen, schreiben und telefonieren.
• Lust auf Recruiting als Einstieg hast und schnell lernen willst. Vorerfahrung ist kein Muss.
• Aus unserem Büro in Prenzlauer Berg arbeiten möchtest. Das ist keine Remote-Rolle.
