Dabei verbinden Sie strategische Steuerung mit operativer Nähe und treiben insbesondere die internationale Einführung von SAP Business One sowie die Digitalisierung und Standardisierung unserer Geschäftsprozesse maßgeblich voran.

Aufgaben

Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für eine IT-Landschaft, die sich stark weiterentwickelt – international, cloudbasiert und strategisch. Gleichzeitig sind Sie nah am operativen Geschehen und gestalten aktiv mit. Sie führen ein kleines Team und sind gleichzeitig selbst inhaltlich nah an den Themen dran.

Ihre Aufgaben

- Gesamtverantwortung für die IT in Europa
- Führung eines aktuell kleinen, schlagkräftigen IT-Teams
- Operative Unterstützung des Teams im Tagesgeschäft sowie strategische Weiterentwicklung der IT
- Steuerung des internationalen SAP Business One Rollouts
- Weiterentwicklung von Cloud- und Infrastrukturthemen
- Sicherstellung von IT-Sicherheit und Systemstabilität
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und internationalen Standorten
- Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Projekte

Qualifikation

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld mit Führungserfahrung
- Erfahrung in der Führung kleiner Teams oder in einer Schlüsselrolle
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP Business One
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 und IT-Infrastruktur
- Strategisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen innerhalb Europas
