Als GTM Ops Associate (80–100%) wirst du Teil eines ambitionierten ETH-Spin-offs. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die operative Basis, die es Sales, Marketing und Customer Success ermöglicht nachhaltig zu skalieren - von Demand & Lead Generation bis hin zu Customer Enablement.
Das ist eine Rolle für jemanden, der strukturiert denkt, analytisch vorgeht und den gesamten GTM-Lifecycle im Blick behält. Du berichtest direkt an den Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) und gestaltest zentrale Prozesse aktiv mit.

Aufgaben

• Customer Enablement: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kund:innen von Anfang an erfolgreich starten - vom Onboarding bis zum laufenden Support.
• Lead Generation: Du treibst KI-gestützte, allbound Lead Generation voran und hilfst dabei, neue Kunden und Partner zu identifizieren und Marktchancen zu erschliessen.
• Marketing & Kampagnen: Du wirkst aktiv bei Kampagnen und Content mit – und analysierst konsequent, was funktioniert und was nicht.
• CRM & Prozessoptimierung: Du machst HubSpot zum zentralen Nervensystem unserer kommerziellen Aktivitäten – und ersetzt manuelle Prozesse durch smarte Automatisierung und KI-gestützte Workflows.

Qualifikation

• Begeisterung für Startups und die Arbeit in schnellen, dynamischen Umfeldern
• Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Fachgebiet
• Erste praktische Erfahrung in GTM Operations, Customer Success oder Marketing in einem B2B SaaS-Umfeld
• Du hast nachweislich Prozessverbesserungen strukturiert umgesetzt und die Adoption im Team vorangetrieben
• Du bist technonlogieaffin und setzt digitale Tools selbstverständlich im Alltag ein
• Du verfügst über starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, arbeitest gerne im Team und bringst Empathie sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern mit.
• Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale im Arbeitsalltag und hast ein Gespür dafür, wie sich Prozesse beispielsweise durch Automatisierung oder künstliche Intelligenz effizienter gestalten lassen.
• Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
