Jetzt suchen wir einen Growth Marketing Manager (m/w/d), der unser B2B-Marketing verantwortet und maßgeblich auf unser Revenue-Wachstum einzahlt – durch das Testen neuer Kanäle, den Aufbau skalierbarer Funnel, datenbasierte Entscheidungen und messbares Wachstum.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben im Überblick:

• Kanäle und Formate testen, skalieren oder abschalten: Marketing-Hypothesen aufstellen, strukturiert über A/B-Tests validieren und auf Basis klarer KPIs entscheiden, was bleibt und was nicht.
• Den gesamten Funnel verantworten: Nicht nur Leads generieren, sondern den Weg von Kanal → Lead → MQL → SQL → Deal aktiv steuern und die Übergabepunkte zwischen Marketing und Sales mitgestalten.
• Kampagnen eigenständig umsetzen: LinkedIn Ads bauen, Landing Pages optimieren, Webinare aufsetzen, E-Mail-Sequenzen erstellen und die Ergebnisse selbst im Dashboard auswerten. Hands-on von Idee bis Ergebnis.
• Lead-Magneten und Marketing-Assets entwickeln: Whitepapers, Guides, Case Studies oder andere Formate konzipieren, die HR-Entscheider ansprechen und in den Funnel bringen – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Content-Team.
• Datenbasiert entscheiden: Conversion Rates, CPL, Pipeline-Beitrag – Deine Entscheidungen basieren auf Zahlen, nicht auf Bauchgefühl.
• Neue Wachstumshebel identifizieren: Proaktiv Chancen erkennen, priorisieren und testen, ohne auf Briefings zu warten. Eigeninitiative ist die Grundlage der Rolle.

Qualifikation

Das bringst Du mit:

• 2+ Jahre im Performance/Growth/B2B-Marketing: Nachweisbare Ergebnisse aus echten Experimenten statt reiner Content- oder Brandarbeit
• LinkedIn als Performance-Kanal: Du kennst Setup, Tests und Optimierung von organischem und paid LinkedIn und hast über längere Zeit Budgets verwaltet (inkl. Learnings aus Iterationen)
• Full-Funnel Denkweise: Du verstehst, wie aus Reichweite MQL/SQL-Anfragen und am Ende Pipeline wird und kannst Kampagnen so bauen, dass Übergaben und Conversion an den richtigen Stellen passieren
• Hypothesen, Testing, Messbarkeit: Du denkst in KPIs, Benchmarks, Conversion-Rates und kannst sauber erklären, warum du testest, was du misst und wann du Entscheidungen triffst
• Hands-On-Execution: Du kannst Kampagnen konzipieren und selbst umsetzen (inkl. Landingpages, Webinare, E-Mail-Sequenzen)
• Asset- und Lead-Magnet-Erfahrung: Du entwickelst Lead-Magneten & Marketing-Assets, weißt welcher Content auf welcher Plattform funktioniert und kannst Anforderungen klar an Content-Team oder Freelancer übergeben
• Tools & Daten: LinkedIn Ads, idealerweise auch Google Ads sowie CRM/Marketing-Tools wie HubSpot (oder vergleichbar) – du nutzt Dashboards und Daten zur Optimierung
• Unternehmerisches Mindset: Du priorisierst eigenständig, arbeitest strukturiert und lieferst in einem kleinen Team bei hoher Geschwindigkeit

Pluspunkt: Erfahrung im SaaS-, HR-Tech- oder Health-Tech-Umfeld ist vorteilhaft, aber kein Muss
