In addition to meeting the above qualifications, highly preferred is defined as also meeting ALL of the criteria listed below: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in golf course management or related hospitality industry demonstrating. Possess the ability to make quick and intelligent financial decisions with an expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and maximizing revenue. through effective marketing and membership programs. Possess a familiarity with environmental regulations and best practices in golf course maintenance. In addition the below criteria are preferred but not required in order to be considered as highly preferred eligible: Possess the ability for excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with members, guest, and staff while ensuring a high-quality golfing experience and positive work place environment. OR Possess at least two (2) years of experience using and maintaining the RecTrac system.
