Für den Aufbau einer neuen eigenständigen Unternehmung im Bereich IT-Outsourcing / Business Process Outsourcing suchen wir eine unternehmerisch geprägte Senior-Führungspersönlichkeit mit nachweislicher Erfahrung im Aufbau, der Skalierung oder operativen Gesamtverantwortung vergleichbarer Dienstleistermodelle.

Gesucht wird keine klassische IT-Leitung oder IT-Vertriebler, sondern eine Persönlichkeit mit echter Aufbaukompetenz aus dem Bereich IT-Outsourcing-Anbieter/Managed-Service-Provider/BPO-Dienstleister/IT-Betriebsgesellschaften.

Aufgaben

• Aufbau und Entwicklung einer neuen Outsourcing- und Betriebsgesellschaft
• Entwicklung eines wirtschaftlich tragfähigen Geschäftsmodells im Bereich IT-Outsourcing / Managed Services / BPO
• Übernahme und Transition von Betriebsleistungen, Prozessen und ggf. Personal aus Kundenorganisationen
• Verantwortung für Organisation, operative Leistungserbringung und Servicequalität
• Aufbau leistungsfähiger Teams sowie klarer Rollen-, Steuerungs- und Betriebsstrukturen
• Steuerung von Kundenbeziehungen, Verträgen, Risiken und wirtschaftlicher Performance
• Entwicklung von Kalkulations-, Pricing- und SLA-Modellen
• Skalierung der Organisation und Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsmodells

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Umfeld IT-Outsourcing, Managed Services oder BPO
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau, der Skalierung oder operativen Gesamtverantwortung eines Dienstleistergeschäfts
• Erfahrung mit Betriebsübernahmen, Transitionen, Carve-outs oder vergleichbaren Transformationssituationen
• Unternehmerische Denkweise sowie hohe Umsetzungs- und Entscheidungskompetenz
• General-Management-Erfahrung mit Verantwortung für Kunden, Organisation, Personal und Profitabilität
• Erfahrung im Aufbau von Teams und Betriebsstrukturen
• Sicheres Verständnis für Verträge, Risiken und wirtschaftliche Steuerung komplexer Servicegeschäfte
• Hohe Glaubwürdigkeit, Seniorität und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
• Hands-on-Mentalität sowie Freude an Aufbau- und Gestaltungssituationen
