Als PMO Manager (w/m/d) bei BRÜGGEN ENGINEERING übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in komplexen Industrieprojekten der Luft- und Raumfahrt. Sie unterstützen die Projektleitung bei der effizienten Steuerung und Optimierung sämtlicher Abläufe – von der Ressourcenplanung über die Terminkoordination bis hin zum Risikomanagement. Ihr Fokus liegt auf der Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung maßgeschneiderter Projektmanagementtools zur Sicherstellung von Zeit-, Kosten- und Qualitätszielen.

Aufgaben

• Projektunterstützung: Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei Planung, Organisation, Durchführung und Controlling komplexer Projekte.
• Ressourcenplanung: Analyse und Abstimmung des Personalbedarfs mit Projektverantwortlichen.
• Termin- & Kostenmanagement: Pflege von Projektstrukturplänen und Zeitachsen, Fortschrittskontrolle sowie Analyse kritischer Pfade.
• Risikomanagement: Mitwirkung bei der Identifikation, Bewertung und Dokumentation von Projektrisiken, Änderungen (Changes) und Nachforderungen (Claims).
• Projektreporting: Erstellung und Präsentation projektbezogener Berichte, Meilensteinanalysen und Statusmeldungen gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern.
• Toolentwicklung: Mitgestaltung, Verbesserung und Standardisierung von PMO-Prozessen, Templates und Tools für übergreifende Projekte.
• PMO-Leitung (optional): Koordination anderer PMO-Manager im Großprojektumfeld bei entsprechender Qualifikation.

Qualifikation

• Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Studiengänge.
• Projektmanagement: Erfahrung im PMO-Umfeld oder Projektleitung, Kenntnisse in MS Project, Risikomanagement, ECSS-Standards und Konfigurationsmanagement.
• Prozessverständnis: Know-how in der Termin-, Ressourcen- und Ablaufplanung sowie Controlling von Leistung, Kosten und Qualität.
• Kommunikation: Sicheres und situationsgerechtes Auftreten, diplomatisches Feingefühl sowie Präsentationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
• Persönlichkeit: Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Kooperationsbereitschaft und Konfliktlösungskompetenz.
