Deine Mission: Du baust eine verlässliche Pipeline auf: Du sprichst passende Handwerksbetriebe an, weckst Interesse und qualifizierst strukturiert, wer wirklich zu Ole passt. So machst du aus Erstkontakten qualifizierte Termine und Demos – digital, telefonisch und auf Events.

Aufgaben

• Du identifizierst Zielkunden im Handwerk und findest die richtigen Ansprechpartner
• Du baust mit uns neue Vertriebs-Pipelines auf, testest Ansprache und Kanäle und entwickelst daraus wiederholbare Vorgehensweisen
• Du qualifizierst Leads und erkennst, wer wirklich von Ole profitiert
• Du kontaktierst Betriebe proaktiv und zeigst die Mehrwerte durch Ole auf
• Du vereinbarst qualifizierte Demo-Termine und bereitest sie optimal vor
• Du dokumentierst sauber in unserem CRM und lieferst verlässliche Daten für Forecast und Priorisierung
• Du gibst strukturiertes Feedback aus dem Markt: typische Einwände, häufige Use-Cases, Formulierungen, die funktionieren.

Qualifikation

• Du hast erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im KMU-Umfeld
• Du bist Macher und Performer
• Der Einsatz neuer Technologien im Vertriebsprozess steckt in deiner DNA
• Du hast Spaß am Kundenkontakt und keine Angst vor dem Telefon
• Du denkst strukturiert und arbeitest selbstorganisiert
• Bei aller Leistungsorientierung bist du 100% Teamplayer
• Du verstehst Tech und die Sprache des Handwerks zugleich
• Optional: Erfahrung im oder mit dem Handwerk
