Wir suchen einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) für bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche mit viel Gestaltungswille und Drive.

Was dich erwartet

Als Founders Associate gibt es keine fixe Stellenbeschreibung. Genau das ist der Punkt. Du arbeitest dort, wo Julian dich braucht – und das wechselt immer wieder. Schnell.

Strategie & Projektumsetzung

• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von KI-Strategien und Roadmaps für Kunden

• Recherche und Aufbereitung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Technologietrends

• Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kunden-Workshops und Beratungssessions

Projektorganisation & Administration

• Eigenverantwortliche Organisation und koordinative Steuerung laufender Kundenprojekte

• Pflege von Projektstatus, Timelines und Aufgabenlisten – strukturiert und zuverlässig

• Kommunikation mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten, Dienstleistern und Partnern

• Administrative Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft: Terminmanagement, Dokumentation, Ablage

Content & Kommunikation

• Mitarbeit an Inhalten für die Podcasts „KI & Tonic" und „Mindset Coffee Podcast"

• Erstellung von Präsentationen, Texten und Social-Media-Content mit Fokus auf LinkedIn

• Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Keynotes und Vorlesungen (Frankfurt School)

Business Development & Netzwerk

• Recherche potenzieller Kunden, Partner und Kooperationsmöglichkeiten

• Unterstützung beim Aufbau von Strukturen und skalierbaren Prozessen

KI-Anwendung & Produktivität

• Aktiver Einsatz und Testing von KI-Tools im Daily Business

• Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung unserer KI Navigator Plattform

• Erstellung von Prompts, Workflows und KI-gestützten Prozessen

Was du mitbringst

• Du bist eingeschrieben – in BWL, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Kommunikation, Psychologie oder einem anderen relevanten Studiengang. Der Studiengang ist zweitrangig. Was zählt, ist dein Kopf.

• Du hast ein echtes Interesse an KI, Digitalisierung und unternehmerischem Denken – nicht als Buzzword, sondern als Überzeugung.

• Du kannst strukturiert denken, klar kommunizieren und eigenverantwortlich arbeiten.

• Du arbeitest sicher mit gängigen Tools (PowerPoint, Notion, ChatGPT & Co.) und lernst neue schnell.

• Du bist belastbar, neugierig und willst wirklich etwas bewegen – nicht nur „mitmachen".

• Du hast ein Gespür für Struktur und Zuverlässigkeit – auch wenn es mal unübersichtlich wird.
