Aufgaben

• 🎯 Recruiting: Du übernimmst End-to-End Ownership des Recruiting-Prozesses – du führst Erstgespräche, begleitest Kandidaten durch den gesamten Prozess, überzeugst sie vom Unternehmen und schließt Angebote ab. Dazu koordinierst du externe Hiring Agencies und sorgst für eine reibungslose Candidate Experience.
• 📊 Performance Management: Du steuerst die Durchführung unserer Performance Reviews, bereitest die Ergebnisse strukturiert auf und stellst sie dem Management Team als Entscheidungsgrundlage für People-Entscheidungen zur Verfügung.
• ⚙️ People Operations: Du steuerst vertragliche Anpassungen, verwaltest EOR (Employer of Record) für internationale Mitarbeitende, stellst die Datenpflege in Personio sicher und koordinierst die vorbereitende Lohnbuchhaltung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Steuerkanzlei. On- und Offboarding neuer Mitarbeitender liegt ebenfalls in deiner Hand.
• 💚 Kultur, Engagement & Office: Du ownst unseren eNPS, sammelst regelmäßig Feedback und teilst Insights im Management Team. Strategische People-Initiativen wie Offsites und Team Events organisierst du eigenständig. Dazu verantwortest du die Steuerung unserer Office-Management-Ressource – damit der Arbeitsalltag für alle reibungslos läuft.
• 🎓 Commercial Graduate Program: Du baust unser Commercial Graduate Program aktiv weiter auf und entwickelst es als strategischen Hebel für langfristiges Talent-Wachstum in der Organisation.

Qualifikation

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium – Studienrichtung flexibel, BWL, Psychologie oder Sozialwissenschaften von Vorteil. Idealerweise von einer renommierten Universität.
• Du hast erste Erfahrung (1-2 Jahre) im People- oder HR-Bereich – mindestens durch ein Praktikum in Recruiting, HR Ops oder als Founders Associate.
• Liebe zum Detail ist für dich keine Phrase – du arbeitest strukturiert und zuverlässig, insbesondere dort, wo Fehler direkte Konsequenzen haben. Vertraulichkeit im Umgang mit sensiblen Personaldaten ist für dich selbstverständlich.
• Du bist ein warmer, kommunikativer Mensch – Kandidaten und Teammitglieder fühlen sich bei dir sofort wohl und gut aufgehoben.
• Menschen sind dein Antrieb – du hast echte Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen, kannst dich für People-Themen begeistern und weißt, dass hinter jedem Prozess ein Mensch steckt, der gut begleitet werden will.
• Du bist bereit, Verantwortung ab Tag 1 zu übernehmen – für Recruiting-Prozesse, People Ops und das Wohlbefinden unseres Teams.
• Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und Englisch auf C1 Niveau
