Du bekommst in drei Monaten Prakitkum ein eigenes Projekt. Abgestimmt auf dein Profil und das, was MUVN gerade wirklich braucht. Kein Aufgaben-Sammelsurium. Ein echtes Thema, für das du von Anfang bis Ende Verantwortung trägst.

Aufgaben

Was du konkret machst, hängt von dir ab. Zu Beginn schauen wir gemeinsam, wo deine Stärken liegen und wo wir den größten Hebel brauchen. Daraus entsteht dein Schwerpunkt. Die Bereiche, in denen wir arbeiten:

• Business Development
  Du identifizierst Wachstumshebel, recherchierst Märkte und Partnerpotenziale und machst aus Ideen konkrete Entscheidungsgrundlagen. Nicht für die Schublade.
• Operations & Prozessoptimierung
  Was noch nicht skaliert, machst du skalierbar. Du erkennst Reibung in Abläufen und baust Lösungen, nicht nur Berichte.
• Marketing & Growth
  Du entwickelst und testest Wachstumsstrategien, arbeitest an Performance Marketing und misst, was wirklich funktioniert. Bauchgefühl ist ein Anfang. Daten sind das Ziel.
• Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründern
  Du arbeitest direkt mit Katharina, Massimo und Emre. Du siehst, wie Entscheidungen entstehen, und bringst deine Perspektive ein.

Qualifikation

Du studierst BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Management oder etwas Ähnliches. Oder du hast einen anderen Hintergrund und kannst trotzdem erklären, warum du genau richtig bist.

Was bei uns funktioniert: Du denkst schnell, arbeitest strukturiert und übernimmst Ownership für dein Thema, ohne dass jemand täglich nachfragen muss. Du willst verstehen, wie Startups wirklich funktionieren, nicht nur wie sie auf LinkedIn klingen.
