Aufgaben

• Analyse von Finanzdaten und wirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
• Erstellung von Finanzreports und Budgetplanungen
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Finanzstrategien zur Optimierung von Umsatz, Kosten und Rentabilität
• Beratung von Kunden zu finanziellen Strategien, in den Bereichen Liquiditätsplanung, Vorsorge, Finanzierung und Investitionsentscheidungen
• Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Risikoanalysen
• Vorbereitung und Präsentation von Ergebnissen und Handlungsempfehlungen für Kunden und Management
• Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Finanz- und Reportingprozessen
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams sowie externen Partnern und Kunden

Qualifikation

• Interesse an Finanzen, Wirtschaft und Unternehmensberatung
• Quereinsteiger willkommen – eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder erste Erfahrung im Bürobereich sind von Vorteil
• Analytisches Denken und gutes Zahlenverständnis
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
• Lernbereitschaft und Motivation zur fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung
• Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und professionelles Auftreten
• Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe Mandantenorientierung
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
