Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben als Entwicklungsingenieur:

• Du entwickelst und konstruierst mechanische Strukturen für unsere unbemannten Luftfahrtsysteme (UAS), von Rahmen und Gehäusen bis zu Payload- und Bodensystemen.
• Du integrierst elektrische Komponenten wie Antrieb, Sensorik und Avionik-Hardware und stellst die funktionale Abstimmung zwischen Mechanik und Elektronik sicher.
• Du verantwortest die Struktur- und Festigkeitsauslegung der Systeme und begleitest Prototypenbau, Tests und Inbetriebnahmen.
• Du erstellst CAD-Modelle, technische Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und pflegst die Dokumentation des aktuellen Systemzustands.
• Du arbeitest eng zusammen mit Software-, Test- und Produktionsteams, unterstützt bei technischen Nachweisen und stellst die Einhaltung der Anforderungen sicher.

Qualifikation

Das bringst Du mit:

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder vergleichbar
• Du hast Erfahrung in der mechanischen Konstruktion, idealerweise im Leichtbau oder UAV-Umfeld mit
• Du bringst praktische Erfahrung im Rapid Prototyping sowie in der Systemintegration mit
• Du verfügst über Grundkenntnisse in der elektrischen Konstruktion, Verkabelung und elektrischen Sicherheit und arbeitest sicher mit CAD-Tools wie SolidWorks, CATIA, Fusion 360 oder vergleichbaren Programmen
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
