Aufgaben

• Sie erstellen Vor- und Nachkalkulationen von Produktions- und Fertigungsaufträgen
• Dazu gehört auch die permanente Kontrolle der IST-Fertigungszeiten
• Außerdem erstellen Sie diverser Statistiken (IDEV Meldungen, Intrastat) sowie die Fakturierung von Ausgangsrechnungen
• Sie wirken bei Sonderprojekten mit
• monatliche Kostenanalyse sowie Erarbeitung von Vorschlägen zur Reduzierung von Kosten gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben
• Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Plausibilisierung der monatlichen Materialaufwände

Qualifikation

• Sie haben erfolgreich eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbares wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (Controlling, Rechnungswesen, Finanzen) abgeschlossen
• mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden mittelständischen Unternehmen im Bereich Controlling sind wünschenswert
• Sie haben ein gutes technisches Verständnis für die Prozessabläufe
• Sie verfügen im Idealfall über anwendungsbereite Kenntnisse im ERP-System (Sage New Classic) und MS Office (Excel – sehr gut), ist aber nicht Bedingung
• gut strukturierte, analytische und selbständige Denk- und Arbeitsweise sind für Sie selbstverständlich
• zu Ihrer Arbeitsweise gehören auch eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Engagement
