Als junges E-Commerce Startup aus dem Sauerland suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Customer Support Manager für Amazon/Shop/Otto (m/w/d).
Aufgaben
In Deiner Hand liegt die eigenverantwortliche Planung, Koordination und Erfolgsbewertung des gesamten Customer Supports über unsere Kanäle Amazon, Otto und Mail.
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Support-Strategien – von Antwort-Workflows über Eskalationsprozesse bis hin zu Self-Service-Inhalten und Antwort-Templates
- Du fungierst als wichtige Schnittstelle und bist im regelmäßigen Austausch mit den Online-Kanälen, Vertrieb und dem Content Team
- Monitoring der Konkurrenz – wie reagieren andere Marken auf Kundenanfragen, Reviews und Beschwerden, und was können wir daraus lernen
- Laufende Optimierung unserer kundenrelevanten Inhalte (FAQs, Produktbeschreibungen, Mailvorlagen) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Content-Team, um Anfragen proaktiv zu reduzieren und die Servicequalität zu steigern
- Du führst eigenständig Service-Audits durch – Antwortzeiten, Tonalität, Lösungsqualität und Kundenzufriedenheit über alle drei Kanäle hinweg
- Du übernimmst Trend- und Potenzialanalysen auf Basis von Kundenfeedback, Reviews und Ticketdaten und leitest daraus konkrete Verbesserungen für Produkt, Content und Prozesse ab
- Du unterstützt beim Monitoring und Reporting der relevanten Support-KPIs (Reaktions- und Lösungszeiten, CSAT, Review-Ratings, Wiederholungsquote)

- Leidenschaft für strukturiertes Arbeiten und Projektmanagement – Du behältst auch bei vielen offenen Tickets über mehrere Kanäle hinweg den Überblick
- Spaß daran, auf unterschiedlichen Plattformen unterwegs zu sein und Dich schnell in neue Tools und Channel-Logiken (Amazon Seller Central, Otto Partner Connect, Mail-/Helpdesk-Systeme) einzudenken
- Offenheit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, um Kund:innen zu begeistern, Beschwerden souverän zu drehen und schnell tragfähige Beziehungen zu knüpfen
- Tiefgehendes Verständnis für den Kanal Amazon (A-bis-Z-Garantie, Käuferschutz, Reviews, Voice of the Customer) – idealerweise auch erste Berührungspunkte mit Otto
- Du begeisterst Dich für neue Technologien und aktuelle Trends im E-Commerce, insbesondere im Bereich Service-Automatisierung, KI-gestützte Antworten und Self-Service
- Du verfügst über eine gute schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit und kannst auch komplexere Sachverhalte verständlich, freundlich und markengerecht gegenüber Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen wiedergeben
- Du bist kreativ und bringst gerne eigene Ideen mit ein – z. B. wie wir wiederkehrende Anfragen smarter lösen oder unsere Antwort-Templates verbessern
