Wir sind ein 2016 gegründetes E-Commerce Startup aus Porta Westfalica & Lübbecke.

Wir vertreiben physische und digitale Produkte im Kosmetik-Nageldesign Bereich.

Aktuell bauen wir aktiv unsere internen Systeme, Automationen und KI-Prozesse aus.

Dafür suchen wir jemanden, der genau dafür verantwortlich ist.

Du sorgst dafür, dass unser Unternehmen smarter, schneller und effizienter wird – durch Automatisierung, KI und bessere Systeme.

Grundprinzip deiner Arbeit:

Bevor du etwas manuell machst → automatisierst du es.

Bevor ein Problem mehrfach auftritt → baust du eine Lösung dafür.

Eine strukturierte Einarbeitung in alle Fachthemen erfolgt bei uns.

Aufgaben

• Aufbau und Pflege von Automationen im Unternehmen (z. B. mit Make, n8n, APIs)
• Verknüpfung unserer Systeme (Shopify, JTL, Klaviyo, interne Tools etc.)
• Analyse von bestehenden Prozessen und deren Optimierung
• Entwicklung von Lösungen, die manuelle Arbeit reduzieren oder komplett ersetzen
• Aufbau von KI-Workflows für interne Abläufe (z. B. Content, Support, Datenverarbeitung)
• Testen und Implementieren neuer Tools im Unternehmen
• Erstellung kleiner Tools, Dashboards oder Skripte für den Alltag
• Fehleranalyse und Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse

Qualifikation

Keine dieser Punkte ist ein MUSS, es ist nur vorteilhaft.

• Tools wie Make, n8n oder Zapier
• Vibe Coding (z. B. mit Cursor oder Claude Code)
• Grundverständnis für APIs und Webhooks
• Grundkenntnisse in: Python oder Skripting, Datenbanken (z. B. Supabase), SQL und PowerShell

• Interesse an AI (besonders ChatGPT und Claude) und Automatisierungen
• Erfahrung im E-Commerce (Shopify, JTL etc.)
• Learning by Doing Mentalität
• Eigeninitiative und selbstständiges Arbeiten
• Logisches Denken und Problemlösungskompetenz
• Spaß daran, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
