Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten E-Akte Consultant (m/w/d), der unsere Kunden bei der Einführung, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Lösungen begleitet.

Standort: Home Office in Deutschland, bevorzugt Baden-Württemberg oder Rheinland-Pfalz

Aufgaben

• Beratung öffentlicher Verwaltungen bei der Einführung und Nutzung unserer E-Akte Lösung auf Basis von ELO ECM
• Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung der ELO ECM Umgebung
• Mitarbeit in Kundenprojekten – von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zum Go-live
• Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für Anwender:innen und Administrator:innen
• Unterstützung unserer Kunden im laufenden Betrieb und im Support
• Analyse und Optimierung von Verwaltungsprozessen im digitalen Umfeld
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement, Entwicklung und Support

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung im Consulting, Projektumfeld oder Support von Softwarelösungen
• Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich Dokumentenmanagement, E-Akte oder Verwaltungsdigitalisierung
• Erfahrung mit ELO ECM ist von Vorteil
• Technisches Verständnis für IT-Systeme und Softwareinstallationen
• Freude an Kundenkontakt, Beratung und Wissensvermittlung
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein professionelles Auftreten
• Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Kundentermine innerhalb Deutschlands
