Bei der Einführung des ERP- und CRM-Systems liefern wir sowohl die Optimierung und Analyse der Geschäftsprozesse, als auch mit dem ERP und CRM verzahnte Add-Ons, Module und Branchenlösungen.

Mit unserem erfahrenen Team aus mehr als 110 Mitarbeitenden an den Standorten Neu-Ulm, Köln, Chemnitz, Berlin, Hamburg und Kiel sind wir nah bei unseren Kunden!

Aufgaben

Du unterstützt unsere Berater als Teil des Teams bei Kundenprojekten im Umfeld von Microsoft Dynamics 365. Dazu gehören unter anderem:

• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Branchenlösungen und kundenspezifischen Anforderungen auf Basis von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations oder Business Central.
• Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Anpassen der Lösungen.
• Entwicklung von Schnittstellen zu anderen Systemen.
• Unterstützung bei der Beratung, Einführung und Support unserer Kunden bei der Einführung von Dynamics 365.
• Koordination und Leitung von Teilprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Entwicklungsabteilung.

Qualifikation

Du willst Praxis und Theorie miteinander verknüpfen und zeichnest dich aus durch:

• Fachhochschulreife oder einen vergleichbaren bzw. höheren Abschluss.
• Du hast bereits erste Programmiererfahrung in einer OO-Sprache gesammelt?
• erste Erfahrungen mit Datenbanken und SQL-basierten Programmierungen.
• Analytisches Denken: Du kannst Problemstellungen selbständig analysieren und im Anwendungsprogramm umsetzen.
• Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse: Da Du auch mit vielen betriebswirtschaftlichen Anwendungen zu tun hast, sind grundlegende betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse von Vorteil.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie selbstständiges und organisiertes Arbeiten.
• Leistungs- und Innovationsbereitschaft, Kundenorientierung und Servicedenken
