About This Role

You must meet the following requirements within 14 days of the closing date of this announcement. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. For the GS-15, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: -Providing executive direction over day-to-day fiscal operations of a manufacturing organization AND -Leading teams to ensure on-time execution of plans, developing and implementing policy programs, developing, implementing AND -Experience tracking performance metrics, monitoring and evaluating administrative functions specific to organizational budget and performance plans that support agency strategic plans. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-15 you must have been at the GS-14 level for 52 weeks. This position is located in the United States Mint, Financial Directorate, Policy, Planning, and Budget Division. PP&B Division is responsible for resource planning, performance analysis and financial policy development for the United States Mint. PP&B works interdepartmentally to develop organizational budget and performance plans that support the agency's overall strategic plans and also serves as the contact for the Office of Management and Budget and Congress on financial and budget issues.
