Als Customer Success & Quality Operations Manager (m/w/d) bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden, internen Teams und externen Produktionspartnern. Du verstehst Produktionsprozesse nicht nur operativ, sondern denkst sie strategisch weiter.

Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für Qualitätssicherung und Umsetzung verbesserter Produktions- und Serviceprozesse
- Steuerung und Begleitung von Kunden-Onboardings sowie Test- und Pilotphasen neuer Produktionen
- Repräsentation von Doopic in Kundenmeetings und strategischen Abstimmungen
- Beratung unserer Kunden zu neuen Produktionsmöglichkeiten, Technologien und Prozessoptimierungen
- Antizipation und Anpassung von Kundenworkflows für eine möglichst nahtlose Integration in bestehende Prozesse
- Unterstützung beim Ausbau innovativer Content-Services und neuer Produktionsmodelle
- Begleitung neuer Entwicklungen im Bereich Content Creation, Automatisierung und KI-basierter Workflows
Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Content-Produktion, idealerweise im Bereich Produktbildproduktion / E-Commerce
- Starkes Verständnis moderner Grafik- und Postproduktionsdienstleistungen
- Erfahrung im Bereich Outsourcing von Grafik- oder Produktionsdienstleistungen
- Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt und in der Steuerung anspruchsvoller Stakeholder
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten in Kundenterminen
- Interesse an Innovationen im Bereich digitale Content-Produktion und KI
- Lust, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten und gemeinsam mit uns weiterzuentwickeln
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
