Als Customer Onboarding Manager bist du bei uns genau richtig, wenn du dafür brennst, Kund*innen dank deiner organisatorischen Fähigkeiten und Prozessoptimierung glücklich zu machen. Du begleitest sie beim Onboarding, koordinierst Banken, Dienstleister und Verwaltungen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Start. Arbeite mit uns in Berlin im Office oder flexibel hybrid, Vollzeit. Starte ab sofort oder in den nächsten 3 Monaten.
Aufgaben
Deine Rolle bei Matera:
- Du begleitest neue Kund*innen durch die Einrichtungsphase auf unserer Plattform und stellst sicher, dass alle Schritte reibungslos verlaufen.
- Du koordinierst und kommunizierst mit internen Teams (Buchhaltung, Legal, Sales) sowie externen Partnern (Banken, Dienstleister).
- Du trägst zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Produkts bei, indem du wertvolles Feedback von Kund*innen ans Produkt- und Tech-Team weitergibst.
- Du hältst den Überblick über mehrere Onboarding-Projekte gleichzeitig und sorgst für eine strukturierte Umsetzung.
Qualifikation
Das bringst du mit:
- Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich erklären und bist serviceorientiert.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und behältst auch in herausfordernden Situationen den Überblick.
- Du packst mit an und gehst Herausforderungen proaktiv an.
- Du möchtest Dinge bewegen und Prozesse verbessern.
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf C2-Niveau, und kommunizierst sicher auf Englisch.
