Mit unserer einzigartigen Plug-&-Grow-Technologie helfen wir zunächst Cannabis Social Clubs in Deutschland, ihre Produktion effizient und unabhängig zu gestalten. Als Co-Founder wirst du eine Schlüsselrolle dabei spielen, unsere erste Produktgeneration zu validieren und unser Unternehmen auf die nächste Stufe zu heben. Aufgaben

Als Teil des Gründerteams kümmerst du dich unter anderem um Folgendes:

• Die strategische Positionierung von Plantforge als Technologieunternehmen
• Operatives Tagesgeschäft (z.B. Buchhaltung, Aufbereiten von Unterlagen, Erstellen von Präsentationen, Finanzplanung)
• Fördermittelanträge und Finanzierungssuche
• Darstellung von Plantforge auf Events und gegebenenfalls auf LinkedIn und/oder Instagram
• Falls es dir liegt, die öffentliche Präsentation von Plantforge vor Investoren und auf Bühnen

Qualifikation

• Eine Ausbildung, ein Studium oder Erfahrung im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Marketing, Kommunikation, Business Development, Controlling oder Steuern ist hilfreich, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
• Starke unternehmerische Denkweise und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
• Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Startup-Umfeld flexibel und lösungsorientiert zu arbeiten.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, ein Netzwerk aufzubauen.
• Leidenschaft für nachhaltige Landwirtschaft und technologische Innovationen.
