Deine Rolle

Als Co-Founder in Residence arbeitest du eng mit dem Gründer am Aufbau von VetIntelligence und der Weiterentwicklung der einzelnen Marken. Du bist Sparringspartner:in, Mitdenker:in und Umsetzer:in zugleich – strategisch wie operativ.

Aufgaben

Du unterstützt insbesondere bei:

• Aufbau und Positionierung der Marken VetExperts, VetAgent, VetsConnect und VetMedia
• Business Development, Vertrieb und Partnerschaften
• Talent Acquisition und Recruiting-Prozessen im Bereich VetExperts
• Weiterentwicklung digitaler Lösungen rund um VetAgent
• Social Media, Content, Community und Sichtbarkeit
• Struktur, Prozesse, Projektplanung und operative Umsetzung

Qualifikation

Du passt zu uns, wenn du:

• unternehmerisch denkst und gerne Verantwortung übernimmst
• Interesse an Tiermedizin, Recruiting, Plattformen oder digitalen Geschäftsmodellen hast
• strukturiert, verbindlich und pragmatisch arbeitest
• gerne kommunizierst, vernetzt und Dinge vorantreibst
• Lust hast, sowohl strategisch mitzudenken als auch operativ anzupacken

Erfahrung in Start-ups, Business Development, Recruiting, Marketing, Tiermedizin oder digitalen Geschäftsmodellen ist hilfreich und von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
