Aufgaben

Deine Rolle

Für unseren Standort Berlin suchen wir eine hands-on Persönlichkeit, die Enterprise-Kunden im SAP-Ökosystem aktiv betreut und weiterentwickelt. In deiner Rolle unterstützt du den gesamten Business-Development-Zyklus – von ersten Kundengesprächen und Pitches über die Koordination mit Delivery-Teams bis hin zur langfristigen Entwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen. Gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kolleg:innen und Vicos übernimmst du schrittweise mehr Verantwortung für den Ausbau von Accounts und den nachhaltigen Projekterfolg.

Aufgaben

Markt & Kunden

    • Vicoland bei Enterprise-Kunden und Partnern als Alternative zur klassischen Beratung positionieren
    • Kundengeräprche führen, Cross- und Upsell-Potenziale identifizieren, CRM pflegen
    • Marketingmaßnahmen umsetzen: LinkedIn, Website, Outreach-Kampagnen

Vicos aufbauen & betreuen

    • Experten sourchen, screenen und im Staffing-Prozess koordinieren
    • Vico-Leads onboarden und in der Delivery begleiten
    • Vico-Profile und Positionierungsmaterialien erstellen

KI im Arbeitsalltag

    • KI-Tools aktiv nutzen (Recherche, Outreach, Content) und Vicolands KI-Funktionen in der Kundenarbeit einsetzen

Qualifikation

Dein Profil

    • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
    • 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Business Development, Beratung oder Vertrieb
    • Deutsch auf C2-Niveau und verhandlungssicheres Englisch – zwingend erforderlich
    • Unternehmerische, hands-on Arbeitsweise
    • Neugier auf KI und Bereitschaft, neue Tools aktiv einzusetzen
    • SAP-Kenntnisse, Recruiting-Erfahrung oder CRM-Praxis: von Vorteil
